Welcome!
As a Sister
"Looking back on my journey, I see God gently calling me to what I had been seeking my entire life. As a Sister of St. Joseph, we live a life committed to prayer, intentional community, and service to the dear neighbor. It is through this joyful commitment that we can help to foster a more loving, just world."
Sister Sarah Simmons, CSJ
As women of faith, we do together what we could not do individually – bear witness to God’s love in the world. Through our religious vows, we profess a lifelong commitment to God, our mission, our community, and to serving the dear neighbor wherever the need exists.
As an Associate
Associates are women and men from various faith traditions, married and single, who extend the mission and share the spirit of the Sisters of St. Joseph without becoming vowed members.
"Becoming an Associate has offered me opportunities for prayer and community with others who believe in God's desire, ‘that All may be One.’ Loving God, creation, and neighbor without distinction can be challenging and counter-cultural, so I'm grateful for the collaboration and support of the Congregation to live out these values.”
Jessica Wrobleski, CSJ Associate
