CSJ Ministries, Inc.

CSJ Ministries is the umbrella organization through which the Congregation of St. Joseph exercises its role and responsibilities with various ministries. CSJ Ministries provides support, leadership, guidance and oversight in areas related to mission, governance and operations. It is governed by a fifteen member board appointed by the Congregation Leadership Team. The responsibilities of CSJ Ministries include ensuring the following for each ministry:

• Faithfulness to the CSJ mission, charism and core values
• Effective governance and operations
• Effective, high quality services
• Effective leadership
• Adherence to civil and Canonical (Church) law
• Sound stewardship of financial, material and human resources

In exercising these responsibilities, and to assist the ministries in exercising their responsibilities, the CSJ Ministries staff works in close partnership with the board and leadership of the ministry to provide support, consultation, services and resources in a variety of areas.
